T&M Fireworks Raffle – Official Rules

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing.

Grand Prize: The winner will receive a $1,000 store credit redeemable at any participating T&M Fireworks location. The $1,000 credit includes applicable sales tax. No cash alternative will be provided, and the prize is non-transferable.

Entry Method: Customers will receive one (1) raffle entry for every $50 spent at any participating T&M Fireworks location during the promotional period. Purchases made at multiple participating locations may be combined for purposes of earning entries.

Drawing Date: The random drawing will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. local time on July 4, 2026.

Prize Redemption: The winner must claim and redeem the prize by 10:00 p.m. local time on July 4, 2026 at any participating T&M Fireworks location. Failure to claim the prize by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prize Restrictions: The Grand Prize consists solely of merchandise available through participating T&M Fireworks locations. No cash, substitutions, or transfers are permitted except at the sole discretion of T&M Fireworks.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Communications: By entering the raffle, entrants agree to receive communications from T&M Fireworks via email, SMS/text message, telephone, and direct mail, where permitted by law. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Opting out of communications will not affect eligibility for the raffle except where contact is necessary to administer the promotion and award the prize.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
